The hotel offers lovely and very spacious rooms, with a huge bathroom and a powerful waterfall shower. The super-king size bed and blackout curtains ensure a comfortable stay. On the downside, the room lacked coffee or tea making facilities and had limited accessible plug points. The price of 274 euros per night for a direct front lake view room may be considered high.
I stayed at this hotel for a weekend getaway. The rooms were spacious and clean, but the lack of accessible plug points was a bit frustrating. The location was excellent, right by Lago Maggiore with amazing views. The service was friendly but lacked warmth. The dining experience was good overall, with fresh options for breakfast. The hotel facilities were well-maintained.
